Refund and Return Policy

Shia Tabarrukat (referred as ST) customers are 100% satisfied and never returned any goods.

Overview

ST do not return or refund any item once ordered because most of the items are handmade and made to order with special arrangement which involves advance payment to third party vendors based upon confirmation of your order.

Customers are requested to confirm goods, its size, color, delivery schedule, delivery charges, taxes etc. before making payment to avoid any confusion afterwards. Once order is confirmed by customer to ST representative, no money will be refunded.

Urgent deliveries requested by customers will be shipped via ST’s recommended logistic services only. We will not take any responsibility for customers recommended courier services.

ST will not be responsible for any unforeseen issue once delivery leaves ST’s facility for instance any delay from logistic service provider due to any issue faced while it’s on the way to you. Any delay or damage by courier will not be entertained by ST.

ST will never exchanged or refunded once any goods, once order is in preparation status. ST can confirm order status only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Downloadable software products

Refunds

We have a No Refund Policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases wherein the product is out of stock. Refunds will be issued to the same instrument that was used at the time of placing the original purchase by customer. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Please allow 7 days for the processing of returns and upon confirmation of receipt from customer. Refund of payment and value of refund will be complete discretion of BB ONLY. If refund is allowed in any internally approved cases, currency conversion will be decided by the ST.

If you refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed and payment is made. Order will not be cancelled once the order is made or shipped or our third party vendors confirms its preparation being started. Once a product is shipped, the ‘Return and Refund Policy’ will apply. ST may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock; pricing errors or payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to physical address provided by the ST presentative.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
